KALE CHIPSI know this sounds weird...but let me tell you, these are GOOD!
Rough Recipe:
- Preheat oven to about 350*
- Use about 1 salad spinner’s worth of kale. Tear the leaves off the thick stems into bite size pieces.
- Toss with about 2 tsp+ of olive oil
- Spread on baking sheet
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are brown and kale is crispy, toss every 5 min or so. They will burn quickly, so be careful
Serves 4 45 calories 1g fat 1.5g fiber
I've seen some other recipes with Parmesan or Asiago cheese sprinkled on, different seasonings, etc.
